Linear Bottle Washing Machine The automatic linear bottle washing machine is used for the washing of bottles in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry. The linear bottle washer is suitable for the washing of round bottles of variable neck diameter. The machine is also known as the tunnel type linear bottle washing machine. The glass bottle washer is equipped with stainless steel mesh conveyor which comprises the automatic loading arrangement which helps in saving manpower. The bottle cleaning machine can wash flat, round, PET and plastic bottles at a maximum speed of 120 bottles per minute. The bottle cleaning and rinsing machine is equipped with and intermittent washing system which ensures the optimal time and saving of water.

Process of operation

Bottles to be washed are pushed in the feed tray and then moved to the conveyor belt, which is used to align the bottles in to the accurate position. The bottles are fed into the carrier pocket with the help of guide rails. The oscillating arm transfers the bottle inside the pocket in inverted position over the spray nozzles. The spray jets wash the bottles thoroughly. The carrier pockets move in an indexing motion. The baskets complete their movement, then the needles are lifted. They enter into the bottles and sprays jets of water and compressed air into them. The needles return out of the bottles and baskets move further by one step. Each station of bottles pass through the selected washing cycles. The washed bottle are delivered at the out-feed tray with a neck opening upward and directed to a drying line.
